At Arabuko Fresh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality farm products every time. However, if an issue arises, we are here to make it right.
Perishable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fresh produce once delivered.
However, we will offer a replacement under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered damaged, spoiled, or not fit for consumption.
- You received the wrong item or quantity.
- The delivery was significantly delayed beyond the promised timeframe due to an error on our part.
Time Limit for Refund or Replacement Requests
To qualify for a refund or replacement, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How Refunds Are Issued
- When Agreed upon, refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer).
Refunds Not Eligible If:
- The issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
- The product has already been used, consumed, or improperly stored.
- The issue is due to customer unavailability during the agreed delivery slot.
